Usual good stuff. Grateful for thorough cleaning of car inside and out. However, it was frustrating to find driver's seat and steering column settings all moved. Finding the most suitable of these had taken some while and has had to be redone.

The Mot service was fine. It is difficult to have to leave the car there all day and arrange to be picked up and returned to the garage though. As the car was booked in for 10, it seems reasonable that it should be available for collection by 1.00 pm

Drop-off and collection was straightforward despite Covid19 restrictions. Car was nicely washed and cleaned upon my collection. No problems with the service itself, although the audio on the video was very difficult to hear. Overall very happy.

The extra work I requested, fitting of mud flaps was completed to a high standard. The inspection video was informative and honest, I had already measured the brake pads and the technician reported back the same measurements, trust is important.
