Very satisfied. Managed smoothly and efficiently by Louis and Natalie, thank you. The only negative issue was that we received no confirmation of the transfer of our car payment, despite phoning and emailing. (Louis and Natalie not at fault).

I loved the handover bay and the time Natalie spent helping my wife and I set up the car ready to drive including the BMW eye 3 pro dash cam, including helping with the various settings on the drive system.

They have registered the new car with the wrong spelling of my name. It is impossible to contact them either by phone and they take weeks to respond to an email. (if at all ) Waiting period for service or fault resolutiom is very long.

Living so far away, most of my communication with the centre has been by email/phone, though that has been exemplary. My main contact has been Shane Pardey, who has been excellent throughout. Clear, knowledgeable and supportive.

You had our car in for 10 days for a headlight problem we were not kept informed of the procedure that you had to do i e doing testing and then having to get a new head light in the end and then doing the programming.

I'm not fully satisfied with the experience I had with my BMW M4 which was bought in for a priority brake fluid service. The car was in for almost 2 weeks. There was no proper response on what is the progress.

I booked an appointment where I needed to wait for my car. I brought the car in early as requested to ensure a prompt 10:30 start. At 12:00 noon my car was still where I left it. I approached reception who finally got things moving.

Being charged £150 for the information that the rear windscreen heater isn't working (we already knew that) and that this electrical fault is not covered by extended warranty was not entirely welcome

Generally good service and staff, but only undertook MOT and not brake fluid service due to unspefied problems on the day and I had to book in again for the service. There were also computer problems which had a negative effect.

Lack of customer service due to being ignored. Furthermore, my genuine BMW leather key fob holder was broken and was "pieced" together when handed back to my, my mistake being I only noticed when I got home.

On returning the next day, the car was ready. The girl we dealt with (Chloe) was helpful again and had investigated the charge for the service and found that actually it was covered by my service plan so no charge

Inchcap Reading is chaotic. Had to wait for 3 hours in a wait in apportionment. Part dept was closed even though I given an appointment for the day. I was told I will get call back, weeks gone, no contact whatsoever. Staff looks uninterested.

Inchcape Reading is one of the worst service centres I've come across recently. They don't value customer time at all in any way. They've kept my car for 2 days without any update on it. I don't think you even care to take action after this review.

Maybe waiting appointments are no longer realistic. They seem to put too much pressure on customer service in terms of time expectations. Without getting a courtesy car, waiting appointments are my preference.

I was told the car had a leak would be fixed and would be ready to collect the next day. The next day I was called around 3pm and the same message relayed by someone else meaning I had to wait another day. My advisor also seemed very rushed

Everything went well. No problems. Everything explained. No waiting to drop off and pick up car. You are greeted and escorted back to car. Any questions you have are always answered and explained. Very helpful.

The Technician left the Air Mass Unplugged after the EGR Cooler recall, The Service Adviser Was Not Helpful about this and I had to speak to the Service Manager, who was helpful. and A different Service Adviser who did not contact me as promised.

MOT failure along with service caused some logistical challenges but Kate was super helpful and informative during the test failure and squeezing me in for retest once the issue was resolved. She really went above and beyond

15mins wait on arriving before anyone came out to see me. The loan car was crap! Asked for my car not be cleaned but it was cleaned - now have a horrible white sheen on my windscreen when it rains. Inspection video audio quality was terrible.

I was given totally inaccurate information by Anis Waheed service advisor. I subsequently called Inchcape on Tuesday, spoke to Kevin Lockwood-Goose, explained the issue. He took my reg and phone numbers and I was expecting a call back - nothing.

The service was done. Unfortunately I was not offered a car replacement when booked and when I did ask I was told I should have asked for it. I had a toddler so was not easy. Secondly the car was supposed to be cleaned and my car was returned dirty.

I am only providing a 3 star review because it is so difficult to book my car into this garage now that Inchcape have taken it over. The average lead time for getting a car in is often at least 6 weeks

The bill for my end of warranty service was extortionate!! It was mot and check. We were expecting and told it was all ok and a bill of 60-70 was coming - it was over 800 pounds!! So unhappy with how this was done.

The attitude of the After service Manager was firstly denial and then appeared to wash hands off the situation and then blame back it on me suggesting them I was trying to get the bumper repainted through BMW. That's disappointing and shameful.

I agent was unsure if the technician had investigated the iDrive update issue. Their response was to book another apointment. This would possibly involve waiting another 1-2 months for a free slot and time/expense on my behalf to go in again.

This was my first time at Inchcape BMW and everything seemed seamless. Waiting for my MOT to be completed was pleasant with plenty of drinks available and toilets with easy access.

I had to take back the first car. For the second car I complained and they managed to fit it in. I have yet to receive the video of the inspection.

The service department repeatedly blamed the car,while the problem was with the BMW software.But he admitted that there experiencing the same problem in every 2 -3 out 5 cars of similar age (2013) for upgrade.Funny their blame the cars than software.

I would expect a loan car not having a reserve fuel tank, less than 50 miles left in it. Also for replacing an automatic car, manual car as a loan car isnt great. Lastly, I would prefer to have a call back from service manager when car is ready
