After talking to Adnan and realising the timelines involved we moved forward with the purchase. On collecting the car Adnan when through everything with us and helped us with connecting. He also helped to sort out our personalised number plate

Very happy with the service received by Dan and Jake - very professional and the process was managed great when Dan was in the office. A bit disappointed with Abbas who was rude, but had limited dealings with him.

The experience was really very good and all the sales person are ready to listen to you. One of the sales person who dealt with us especially Nicholas Reeve was very good and understanding.

We dealt with Alex Metcalf at Inchcape Reading and he really put us at ease even though we were 300 miles away and all done online and telephone. The sale and part ex went through without at hitch thanks to Alex's professional approach.

Service team was excellent. Manager that called me explaining the issue with hire car not being available but understood that I couldn't move the service. So managed to provide me with a courtesy car.

I don't like the new self check in process. I find it very impersonal. I'd rather speak with someone. Also, communication wasn't great. I had to chase up if my car was complete at 4.30pm as heard nothing from bmw. Then told I had to collect in 1hr.

Overall the service was fairly seamless however I never received the usual vehicle check video. I'm not sure if this was carried out? I also think it's unreasonable to charge for extras such as updating the system to register my service.

Good, but lucky in that I get a cancellation, so there's a suspicion that the service department is under-resourced. Also I had to leave it in rather than being able to wait, so that involved two car jouneys for two people - less than ideal.

The main reason for the booking was to remedy a vibration (this was the second booking @ Reading for this ongoing issue) the vibration was resolved by the time & effort spent by Adam Jones resulting in diagnosing a faulty steering wheel air bag unit.

I took my car in for an EGR cooler replacement and received fantastic support from the service executive, Lewis, regarding the service progress and next steps. I was overall very pleased with the support and got the car back in a couple of days.

They did an error on my appointment and they told me that they accidentally booked my appointment to the next mont. They offered me 3 days later and after I insisted on they accept to take my car at that date

New check in system worked well. The only major issue was that calling and selecting the option to ask how the work was progressing so that I could plan a pick up time was never answered and I tried three times during the afternoon. Very annoying!

Poor parts management and wasted my time and day to sort out the car to drop off and pick up. On the day of the 2nd recall, it took them 3 days to complete the job which should be a day work, I ended up having no car for 3 days.

My experience was honestly the best I have experienced in 30 years. I was constantly kept up to date, nothing was to much trouble, queries were replied to promptly and Hamza even collected us from train station and handed over the car on his day off.
