My experience was honestly the best I have experienced in 30 years. I was constantly kept up to date, nothing was to much trouble, queries were replied to promptly and Hamza even collected us from train station and handed over the car on his day off.

After talking to Adnan and realising the timelines involved we moved forward with the purchase. On collecting the car Adnan when through everything with us and helped us with connecting. He also helped to sort out our personalised number plate

The service was delivered effectively and without a lot of fuss. I pointed out one or two minor details at the time and was told they would resolve themselves - which they still haven't.

From initially reporting the problem, it took more than 2 months to get it resolved.

Service team was excellent. Manager that called me explaining the issue with hire car not being available but understood that I couldn't move the service. So managed to provide me with a courtesy car.

I don't like the new self check in process. I find it very impersonal. I'd rather speak with someone. Also, communication wasn't great. I had to chase up if my car was complete at 4.30pm as heard nothing from bmw. Then told I had to collect in 1hr.
